Luxury golf community just 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip
Guests are required to sign a "Guest Rental Agreement" upon booking.
Overnight guests: limit is 14. Property is 15 minutes drive to the Las Vegas Strip.
* We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door.
* We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.
*The fridge is not connected to a waterline due to leak risks. If you need an ice tray, we'll have one delivered within 24 hours.
All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
We just have 5 easy rules:
1) No Parties! If you think it might be a party, it probably is but feel free to message us to clarify. Noise, excessive cars and excessive guests (more than allowed) typically is what constitutes a party.
2) Do not park in front of any neighbors house
3) Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am (the city doesn't allow any outdoor activities during quiet hours, and fines $1000 for violations). If you want to hang out late at night, the good news is the Strip is awesome for that, but with residential neighbors this is a big rule, and applies to all short term rentals (some just don't tell you about it in advance).
4) No Pets (due to many guests with pet allergies we can't allow any pets, we are sorry, we wish we could.)
5) No Smoking! Yes, you can smoke outside only. Weed is legal in Nevada, and you can smoke outside, but remember you're in a neighborhood which may have kids, just be reasonable with how much you smoke as it does travel far, and we don't want neighbor complaints.

Summary: Property was great and perfect for our group of 10. We had a wonderful time. The area was quiet and super nice. Any thing we wanted was just minutes away such as shopping, groceries restaurants. Great staff and very responsive.

Summary: We had an amazing 3-night stay at Villa Greens to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house was decorated nicely, clean, and spacious enough for all 14 of us to sleep comfortably and hang out. It felt more like a resort than a home! We spent mornings and afternoons at the house playing pickleball, swimming/relaxing by the pool, or gathering inside or outside to catch up or play games. We spent evenings on the strip and were able to get reasonably priced limo service from the house. The property manager was great to work. Questions were answered promptly and a couple of issues that we had were quickly addressed. I would certainly recommend this property and would love to come back and bring my family!

Summary: We had 12 family members stay here and there was something for everyone - the pickleball was a favourite, pool and jacuzzi and pool table games that entertained everyone- place was large enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. It was a special occasion and we enjoyed our stay. The communications were good and replies came quickly .

Summary: Our travel group consisted of four families of teens and adults. A door code was provided within 24 of arrival. There were email communications that gave detailed pool information. The decor was attractive and rooms spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. We were notified that winds may blow debris into the pool. We just skimmed it and it was fine. We were very concerned about the noise ordinance. We were respectful and it was not a problem. I don’t believe that the community is waiting for a mistake but want

Summary: Love how quickly we could get to the strip (about 20 mins), I think it's a one off, but shrimp tails had been left in the trash so the house was a bit stinky at first. The pool was clean in general, but has shedding tree over the top of it so has small flowers floating in it from time to time. The upstairs was a little warm in July, but fans helped. Support was easy to reach and helpful. On cleanliness, there were some dead bugs around, just looked like it hadn't been dusted very recently.

Summary: August 29, 2023 We booked this property for a retreat in our hometown ready to educate and build our strategic plan for a local charity. We explained 14 woman will be staying the night and up to 7 vistors over the 3 night stay ( their maximum capacity)Trainer leading a training session and leaving soon after. Everything was approved sounded good,reviews were good, we made the deposit. 4-7-2024 we were sent a document for check in process and the RULES. I kid you not I almost fell over. (Keep in mind we LOVED THE 72hrs cancelation window on this property) INSIDE HOUSE BEFORE 10PM. NO jacuzzi use except PRESET windows of USE time. No cars parked on the street. ALL Vehicles in garages and drive way. DONT USE BATHTOWELS FOR POOLonly POOL TOWELS 4-11 arrive to home. 6 garbage cans spilling over, yep in the driveway and YES blocking the garages. Furniture pool items all piled upfront by door blocking entrance. Bottom line, WE NOW had a parking problem. Walk into the home (much older and ran down then the pictures) one of king bed bedroom/bath has a broken bed frame, seriously, not one person noticed when they put new sheets on? Six pool towels in a basket for 14 people. Then we noticed the white towels had 1 per person no wash cloth/face towel for 3 nights stay. ONLY 3 stayed the night told the other woman dont come there's no where to park since the handy man Keku couldn't get there till after 9pm. By noon the next day everthing was resolved.What would aak for compensation?

Summary: We had a family reunion for 12, ages 18 to 93. The house was perfect especially the pool, hot tub and pickleball court. We made some great family dinners. The service staff were incredibly responsive to our requests. And it was spotless when we checked in. Highly recommended.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this oasis! Our feet are killing us but the spa was a life saver!! Heads up on the spa/pool heating, it's limited to 7hrs a day but you can communicate what hours work best for your group or the day. We loved the wine and waters left at the door that was very welcoming. The garage opener was very convenient! The house is gorgeous we would absolutely stay again! Thanks for being responsive when we had concerns!
